Staff here is great never have issues with my orders from them. Don't particularly recommend delivery if you live in an... apartment. Door dash seems to have a hard time getting it right. But the staff at panera does a great job they fixed my issueextremely quickly and even let me pick up the order instead. Which was great since I had a sick child at home who just wantedsome soup. The dining room was a little dirty. There wasn't anyone working The counter when we arrived. We ordered through the kiosks at... the entrance and just hoped it worked. I like a little personal touch when I go out to eat. We found a table, wiped it down andsat down. In a few mins. They called our name. Ordered for delivery. Bag was not sealed. Latte only had the stopper and no seal. When I order pickup, both stopper and seal are... affixed. Delivery quality should be no less than a pickup. Please do not visit this place. I came from Europe to visit my brother and we decided to stop by in this Panera. Suddenly the... cashier started to act rude on us, focusing in my brother's childrens. He was very strange, this type of situations must beavoid by hiring personnel with mora fiber instead that crazy man. Panera Bread is excellent every time especially Erin is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and goes over and above to make... sure that you have a great experience every time you are here. My wife and I love the bagels, she loves the mocha frozen drinkwith whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and I love the iced coffee especially as there are free refills.....who does that?nobody that I know.... thanks Erin you are awesome Read more
