Staff here is great never have issues with my orders from them. Don't particularly recommend delivery if you live in an... apartment. Door dash seems to have a hard time getting it right. But the staff at panera does a great job they fixed my issueextremely quickly and even let me pick up the order instead. Which was great since I had a sick child at home who just wantedsome soup. The dining room was a little dirty. There wasn't anyone working The counter when we arrived. We ordered through the kiosks at... the entrance and just hoped it worked. Ordered for delivery. Bag was not sealed. Latte only had the stopper and no seal. When I order pickup, both stopper and seal are... affixed. Delivery quality should be no less than a pickup.
