Highly disappointed!! We're in times where eating out is highly expensive! So when you do you want it to be delicious an worth... the money! Definitely when it's almost $60 for a family of 4. We ordered 2 Alfredo an soup! No flavor at all tasted likewatered down noodles! The create your own pasta with creamy mushroom tasted like noodles with cream an mushroom! The soup wasdelicious as always! An my husband's scrimp an chicken scampi was dry an hard! We normally love olive garden! I tried callingthe restaurant but no answer after 3 tries.. I'm down an sick so I wasn't giving it another try! I don't think we'll be goingback anytime soon! Only reason I didn't give it a one star is because the soup was delicious an helped my throat! We stopped in here after a long travel day for a comfort meal around 8. The gentleman who seated us was lovely, and the server... was lovely. BUT. They sat us in a back room where about 12 employees were gathering, and they started shutting the room downaround us (at 8:30…and they don’t close till 11). It was as if we weren’t even there. I worked in service when I wasyoung, so I get it, but that’s just not the experience I was looking for. I’m disappointed and won’t dine in here again. Read more

Went to dinner at Olive Garden in Alcoa and they had a large party go in before us w reservations but since it was only 2 of us... we sat at the bar. Laura was great bar tender, quick to serve us and professional! The manager Beth was wonderful, she broughtout our food and checked back in on how everything tasted! Always love Olive Garden's all you can eat soup and salad. Service was awesome, our server kept us in salad and soups. Only... downside to this visit was a rude patron who thought their phone conversation was so important that we all needed to hear it. Read more

L. T. Was our server and he was awesome! He overheard us exclaim that there were tomatoes on the salad and how much our little... girl loves them. He brought a big bowl of extra tomatoes just for her. Very attentive and the food was good too! Read more
