Exceptionally rude staff. I picked up a Togo order for my Kroger. A single order of chicken, some rice, and 2 eggs rolls was... 34 dollars. When I questioned this, a young woman slammed the window in my face. I parked, called, for the same young womanwho told me a manager was not available and hung up on me. I came home and got the food, called back, same young woman, toldher I was bringing it back and wanted a refund. She told me they didn?t offer refunds and hung up on me again. This wa setsecond visit to this business. I won?t be back. I was picking up food for my disabled mother after I had told her how greatthe place was. How wrong I was?. For the price, you'd better be phenomenal, but it's not. The price tag for the merely 'meh' food. I was expecting at least a... little spiciness(it's indicated on the menu as such) but there wasn't any there. The fried rice(menu indicates the items wepurchased came with fried rice and a choice of soups or egg roll) was slightly flavored rice, brownish in color with nothingpresent. I can go a lot of places for a fraction of the cost with better food, so if you're going to put "Fine Cuisine" in yourname, it better be. Read more
We ordered for take-out here. Imperial chicken was good, but had mostly vegetables and hardly any chicken. However, the sauce... was good. Crispy fried tofu was totally bland with no salt. It was completely tasteless and it came with peanut sauce which wassweet and it didn?t help in making the tofu any better. Vegetable spring roll was okay. Great food!!! Had the stir fry shrimp and vegetables and Hot and Sour soup. Cooked perfectly. Our server was also very prompt... and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to any who like Chinese cuisine. I will be back!! Read more
