We visited the drive thru around 10 pm. We ordered a #3 and a double cheeseburger. We got to the window and received only one... sandwich. We told the guy working the window and he said he would get the manager. The manager came over and was not helpful atall. She told us she didn?t have a drawer at that window and we would have to go back through the line (which we already waitedin 10 minutes). We said we shouldn?t have to go back through the line since they are the ones who messed up. She rolled her eyesand stomped off. We thought she was going to make the sandwich but after waiting at the window for several minutes, the guy toldus the manager said we have to go back through. We did, and waited several minutes before deciding just to go in. The guy at thecounter was very helpful and respectful, and offered to help however he could. He should be the manager. He got us a sandwichand even put on gloves and checked to be sure it was right. My boyfriend spoke to the ?manager? who was not apologetic, helpful,or friendly. She has no business being in customer service with her bad attitude and disheveled appearance. Read more
I have visited this McDonald's location many times over the years. Especially with it being located directly across from... Knoxville McGhee Tyson Airport, it offers a very convenient experience. On this particular visit, once again, being veryhungry and wanting a quick meal, was the primary reason for choosing this McDonald's. My partner and I utilized the drive thruservice window and dined in our car. The building and parking area is well maintained and clean. The service was efficient andfriendly. However, the ordering process was a little difficult, with my order being fulfilled incorrectly. Fortunately, mypartner was able to correct his order at the window, and he received his correct chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, afterleaving the drive thru window, I found my order was not correct. Subsequently, I ate the sandwich I was given (not ordered). The food was hot. The French fries tasty!! My cheeseburgers could have been more fresh, but nonetheless, I still enjoyed. Ifyou're in the area, and need a quick meal, this McDonald's location is an excellent option. It's located on very busy AlcoaHwy, on the northbound side, directly across from the airport. Read more
Food was rubber (it was supposedly made fresh as I customized my order) - chewy buns and soggy fish, tartar sauce was nasty.... Even the fries were either soggy or crunchy and waaay too much salt. This location seemed woefully understaffed & inefficient asthe lady (girl?) who rang me up was running back and forth to get sodas for drive-thru from the lobby. Read more
The food was exactly what I expected, so no problems there. I was unhappy the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was empty... and the receipt printer on the self-order kiosk was out of paper. Also, the drink lids were in some kind of dispenser for whichI had to lift a spring- loaded cover. The cover felt sticky. The staff was efficient at preparing my order, but they seemedunderstaffed overall. Read more
It?s taken me awhile to get to this point but after so many bad experiences here over the last couple years I?ve hit my point.... The people that work here are incredibly rude, and our order is rarely correct. My breaking point was today when I ordered amedium iced coffee and was handed a small. When I brought this to their attention and asked for a medium I was argued with, toldI was wrong, and then dismissed. When I was clearly in the right. This location has permanently lost our business. Disgusting!!! Fries were so over cooked you could have built a house with them! The chicken on my sandwich was hard the Ice... Bears could have used it as a Hockey puck! So I went inside to have them remake everything, and the place was disgusting trasheverywhere, tables were dirty and they were not even busy, I was the only person in there and NOBOBY was even in thedrive-through! I think the guy standing at the food prep table picking at his face should have been cleaning the dining areainstead.. Read more
Went there for breakfast and got biscuits and they were all burnt. Also got hash browns and they were so greasy they stuck to... the paper they come in. I tried to call to let them know but no one answered the phone. Read more
It?s your typical McDonald?s as far as the food is concerned but the service was what I would consider far better than most.... Very pleasant tone and overall attitude and our order was correct, where we had actually been to a different McDonald?s rightbefore that and the service was rather rude and we didn?t get our order at all for all the trouble. So great service went evenfurther than it normally would have for us and was much appreciated!! Read more
