The bearded guy at the counter wasn't friendly at all, when I asked him a question he just starred at me, and I know it's been a... while since I've been there, but the burgers seemed smaller. For about $10 just for the burger I expect it to be bigger. Plus,the food made my stomach hurt after, so feeling sick just after eating isn't normal for me. I'm not a picky eater and I'm notallergic. Food is always prepared fresh and delivered to the customer in a timely manner. Great tasting food and the customer service is... great. Could be a little cleaner in the dining area and around the drink machine and condiment area, but overall greatexperience. Read more
Wow! This is the best service and quality food I've had in a while. The employees are super friendly and the food is fresh hot... and delicious while it was ready in minutes. The store is super clean as are the bathrooms. A little combo is a bit priceycompared to most places but it was well worth it for the amount of food you get. you definitely gained a return customer thistime because I will be back. Read more
I go to Five Guys often after work. It's actually two guys burgers and fries because they never have five employees. They do... however do a great job. The food is also outstanding and always good. I love a big greasy cheeseburger and this place delivers.They also have the best fries in the hamburger market. They are perfectly cooked brown like I like. I'm giving four stars fortwo reasons. One you used to fill the fries cup and then put an extra scoop in the bag. Your fries are expensive and thedownsize is not good. Two the prices here keep going up. A burger is over $9.00 now. Two burgers and fries is over $30.00. Ifeel it's worth it as an occasional treat but won't eat here often because of the price. If we bring the kids it's out of ourbudget. I love their burgers and fries! If it?s fast food for a burger, between this and your other chains, this wins out no question.... For the same price as McDonald?s, the quality is far better. Made fresh, never frozen, and you can tell! Another nice touch,they accept mobile payments (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Android Pay). Read more
It was alright. Went with the family and we each got burgers and fries. The fries were lukewarm at best and the burgers were not... worth their prices. I remember Five Guys being much more delicious, but was just an "eh" experience. Read more
