Their food is great if its prepared the way you order it, i stopped going here for years because i would never receive my food... well done the way i enjoy it. This order of chicken fajita was barely cooked an had hardly any flavor with entirely to muchgreesy water in it. Of course adter working hard all day no one wants to go back to have dinner replaced. As high as food isgetting the lack of care in workers seems to be getting even higher. Read more
I came in when it was slow.... got seated and chips served. Then waited 12 minutes for my server to recognize me he looked at... me twice at the table. No hello...will be with u in a moment nothing. I really feel that if you are over 65 and a whitefemale...the servers here ignore you. I ALWAYS...leave a super generous tip fir good service...but I don't get "oh I'msorry....didn't see you"!! I spent over $40 and got fast food service....very sad. Other people with a table full got goodservice ...but not a single white woman. Read more
We flew into Knoxville today and wanted to go somewhere close for dinner. I found El Sazon online before we flew in and thought... hey, we love Mexican food. It absolutely did not disappoint! The food was delicious, the service was great and the place has anice vibe to it! If we lived close, we would probably be here weekly. Thank you for a great dinner on our first night ofvacation! As soon as we left my husband was throwing up in the parking lot. Then we got maybe 3 minutes down the road and my daughter was... getting sick. Never had an issue there but tonight something was wrong I don?t know if it was the oil they cooked their food inor what. Also we only saw our waitress like 3 times. I understand places are short staffed but when your bill is 100.00 youwould expect a little better. Read more
