Stopped by on their Grand Opening and enjoyed the Colorado Mocha, Dirty Chai & Gold Rush. They were so yummy and the service was... so efficient and friendly through the very busy drive through that we went back again. Once again super efficient and new tastycoffees. Well worth the stop. Read more
The server was kind and respectful. However my 16oz drink was 3/4 ice, even though I asked for light ice. It was refreshing;... just not enough. I enjoyed a Mango smoothie at my last visit. I would have liked the option for adding plant based protein.However even without protein, it was yummy. Read more
Easily the BEST coffee joint in town. They have options for milk substitutes, and are very friendly. Forget Starbucks, El Pinon,... and dutch brothers. Read more
Update (8/14/22): Even the business owners attention to customer service is lacking. I emailed the below reply address and... NOTHING. Not an email back acknowledging the complaint, no apology, NOTHING. People of Albuquerque, this is just another opticalillusion, boast about customer service, but lack the decency to address it other than an automated reply as the response Ireceived on this review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Word of mouth is a big thing for small businesses, and Ziggis Coffee onMontgomery - I have a big mouth. I started coming here as soon as it opened and have had excellent service each time....now theservice is beyond lacking. It's only kids working, with bad attitudes. When you order a $12 coffee you expect it to be right andI understand errors can happen. The last two times I have gone the staff has completely messed up my order and given mesomething different. My most recent visit I let them know the drink was wrong and ask that it would be corrected. They correctedit and gave it back to me for me to only find out they had mixed the wrong drink with part of the drink that I had actuallyordered, resulting in a drink that was disgusting. I was headed out of town so I really did not have time to turn back around tohave them correct it a third time. After this most recent experience I will not be returning to this coffee shop. Starbuckscoffee is gross, but at least they are competent enough to get the drink correct. Spend your money somewhere else until they getadults working there. Read more
