The first waffle featured fried chicken and syrup and was disappointing. The waffle was just bland, the chicken was tough and... chewy, and the syrup was super sticky. The more desert-based waffles are a bit tastier, but you're really just enjoying thetoppings. Such as ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate, strawberries, etc. The wait time was more than double what wasoriginally provided, resulting in an over 30 min wait time. We had a show to catch, so had we known, we'd have gone elsewhere.They also messed up one of the orders, adding an item we previously asked to hold. I cannot say enough about these AMAZING waffles. We tried almost everything on the menu, and each dish was incredibly delicious.... So good that we returned on our way out of town to grab some to bring home! Such a wonderful delicacy! Read more
I ventured here twice! The first time, I had the pumpkin waffle with strawberries and cream. The highlight of this was their... fresh whipped cream! Probably the best I ever had! The next day, I ordered the whipped cream and strawberries on the side andordered their chicken and waffle with a spicy maple syrup. Thankfully, I had the side fresh strawberries and cream. This wafflewas tough and bland. The chicken were basically chix nuggets(out of a bag). I would skip this altogether, but the four isreally for their cream and pumpkin waffle! Incredible waffles, located inside the Sawmill Market. Plenty of parking and shaded outdoor seating. We really enjoyed their... chicken and waffles with the spicy maple syrup. There are a lot of great options on the menu and we will definitely be back totry them all. Read more
I paid $13 for less than half of a waffle. I do have to admit though, it was a REALLY good waffle. It came with some sort of... sweet cream on the side. I took off one star because it was less than half a waffle. But very very good. Read more
