Reviews for Wingstop in Albuquerque, NM
Unprofessional children. Placed my order for 30 wings waited patiently only to get something thrown together. LG corn cold. ... The place looked closed to begin with. Went online to check hours then tried the door. Loud music with cursing playing, employee dancing yet my order could not be fixed properly. They were not concerned a bit. After requesting refund she tells meit will take 4-5 days. Visits at your own risk I'm sure there are more places to go. Read more
Amazing food and service. Mitzi was great helping choosing the right combo for me.
Nice that one was finally opened in the valley but so far very disappointed with this location. Ordered first week it was open.... Showed up maybe 5 min passed the time my order was supposed to be done still had to wait almost 30 min to get it. Granted it didseem like they were busy. But when I got home which I'm like 3 min away order was cold and over cooked. Thought I'd give themanother chance again this weekend. Hopefully it was a fluke since they just opened. Nope made order got there on time lookedlike it was a slow night. Got my order got home wings again over cooked and this time over seasoned lemon pepper wings. Verydisappointed yet again rather tag the extra trip and go to 98th or the coors location. Atleast they know how to make perfectwings. Read more
I never put reviews, but, I have purchased from this location FOUR times and they have given me my food uncooked every time!
Best wingstop I?ve been to! Polite employees and wait time was 20 minutes which is understandable given they were busy. Totally... worth it! Read more
Other reviews are false, unless someone just quit. Place is not clean and Stacey/whatever was rude.CHANGE THE GREASE! Paid over... $50 just for my whole family to get sick, and throw half the chicken away. Manager is rude, workers not wearing GLOVES, tooconcerned about their own nails and text messages. Not washing after handling the chicken! Place is so unsanitary withunexperienced employees/Manager. Dirty bowls/counters. Call health inspector quick! Read more
Twice I have been to this new location and both times I have had issues. I was happy this place was opening up close to home.... But that 20 min drive to Buffalo Wild Wings is more worth it then going back here. 1st issue. Food was given to someone elsewhen I already waited 40 minutes for my order had to wait 35 more 2nd issue. That same trip noticed an employee with green/bluehair eating while working. She would go to this little nook and eat then would come back rinse her hands with just water wipethem on her jeans and go back to working with food. They do not use gloves. 3rd issue. Today waited a total 40 minutes for myorder app told me 20 I gave them 30 got to the store and they told me there was a little longer wait. Which would of been fineif the food was warm. Got home the fries cold kinda liked they packed that while waiting for the chicken. The wings were cold. However the tenders were serving temperature. Had to microwave the other items I was not going back neither did I want to dealwith these employees. First time I did try to contact someone via the website no response. I wanted to give them a chancebefore I posted this review. They don?t seem short on employees but I?m not going to be the judge on that there were 6 of themthere. I?ve gone to a Wingstop with better service and only 2 employees in the store. Read more
