I called in to modify my online order. The manager said i can't do that. I explained what i wanted and said there wasn't a way... for him to do it, it can be done on the app. I said I've looked and there isn't. He said yes there is and asked me to come into show me how to place an order properly cause I didn't know how. I asked, really you can't help at all unless i come in andhe said no so i asked if he could cancel my order cause there is no way on the app, he said no there is if you come in I'llshow you. So I said i guess I'll just lose my money, he said ok and hung up. I came in to give him the benefit of the doubt,if i was wrong show me and I'll admit I was wrong. He refused me and said i hung up on him and i did after i had to call backafter he hung up on me. He was rude to me in front of the entire store, wouldn't show me how to order or cancel when I came inbecause he was wrong. He said he had a manager there listening to the call but then said he was the only manager on duty?!? Thisgeneration has no respect and needs customer service training! Told me the customer is NOT always right. I managed restaurantsand NEVER would ever talk to a customer in such a manner! Read more
They were super fast with the food and the front of the house was very polite I would recommend this location.
I don?t know how or why. But the order I received was not it. First the chicken was beyond salty, which is not normal. Secondly... the fries I bought were smaller then normal. They literally put a smaller container in a big container like? what is that? Read more
I love this location staff is very nice its always clean when i go , food taste great , brenda the manager is always so helpful
Took way too long, guy taking order seemed like he hated his job and was very rude. also, all of the tables were very sticky???... there?s a lot of homeless people sitting right in front of the door. i do not recommend this location. Read more
I was at the wing stop at 5555 Zuni Rd #7 at around 6 pm on August 11, 2022 and Im guessing it was the manager that was training... a new girl. The new girl was wonderful but the guy that was training her was really rude. He had a really stupid attitude when iasked for seasoned fries. Idk why he was angry but he shouldnt be taking it out on the customers. I wont be going back. Read more
Easily the best WingStop I have ever been to...food and service. I ordered online and my food was ready when they said it would... be. Whoever packed the food was awesome. Napkins AND utensils. Very rare to come across a place that actually takes the time todo things right. Read more
