A sign on the wall said "it's worth the wait". And we waited. 27 minutes for our food. They advertise hand-cut fries. Working... for a French fry company (we do) ... We suggest they invest in a better alternative. They do give you ranch for dipping thefries, which was good. The chicken was very good! They have 12 sauces to choose from. We chose lemon pepper and original hot.Loved the lemon pepper. Original hot is a wing sauce - we do not like it. The sandwich came with a bun, 3 small pickle slicesand the chicken. Eh. Would have been better with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Originally we had been planning on going to Chick-fil-A but decided to give Wing Stop a try. I ordered online at 4:35pm for a 6:15pm pick up. I arrived at the scheduled time only to learn it's not ready. Had to wait ... 20 more minutes just to get my food. And no compensation offered for the lateness. What is the point of pre-ordering if thefood isn't going to be ready at the appointed time? Read more
I just ordered my food over 30 minutes ago. On the online app and they never made it. The app said 16-21 minutes. We get there... at 21 minutes and rhe order didn't print so it never got made. Then they didn't put half my order in the bag and when I wentback in to show them they said it would take 18 minutes to make the rest of my order. My first time having wingstop and went to try the hot honey rub, also had their Korean and Hawaiian. I was severely underwhelmed... with any type of flavor other than good meat, the actual wings are very good quality but just taste like plain fried chicken. Mypreference for fries is a little more crunchy so will not mark down for the way they are cooked but seasoned fries usually havea bit more... seasoning, the ones that did get some were alright but again underwhelmed for the hype. Those are the chicken and french fries they serve. They look like something left over from yesterday. Unfresh, Moist, burned. It... tastes like napkin dumped into water. I wonder how do they make the french fries, steamed? The attendants are not taking thefood seriously. Once my family were loyal customers. But not any more. Wing Stop has the best wings. So much better than BWW. The lemon pepper ones are fantastic and the regular buffalo ones are... great too. Fries are also legit, but beware of the standard seasoning they use, because it's sweet. Sweet on fries is weird. Butyou can order them without that stuff so that's good. Read more
