Went through drive through tonight and dealt with the rudest person ever at window, first she rushes you through your ordering,... when I told her I wanted a large drink at window she told me I can just go to a different Wendy?s. Who does that?! Didn?t gether name but she was fat and ugly , I got the vibe of her being a mngr, maybe? But I surely won?t ever return there again.Wendy?s needs to retrain her or get rid of her. Even though all signs posted say the lobby is open; it's locked at 930 in the morning. I wanted to place a to go order. I'm... disabled so I can't drive. Nobody inside the restaurant would answer the phone both times I called. The drive thru was open andactive, but being disabled, I have no car to use the drive thru with. When restaurants do that, and don't even post a signexplaining the inconvenience, it's discrimination against the disabled as it's unfair to us. 11:45 PM on Friday 9/2/2022 lady, I use that term loosely, says they are closed and the app AND Wendy?s website are wrong. Lady... got belligerent and I drove off. I called to get her name and complain to Corporate but she refused her name and got belligerentagain. Then the Wendy?s staff repeatedly called my cellphone until I had to block the number. So dig this. For the 3rd we ordered Adult size double cheeseburger and received a kids burger with 4 little... (overcooked,dry,salty) nasty patties. The fries were Old, Cold, Soggie. And,,,, when THEY DELIBERATELY fill your order this wayTHEY don't give you a receipt. Go figure. This IS by far the worst Wendy's in Albq. And the Manager is no help in fixing theissue because That's the problem. Horrible Management. Time for EVERYONE to contact Wendy's Corporate to get a refund. Wendy's is one of the better fast food places. Fresher ingredients, burgers don't seem left under heat lamps for hours like BK... or other fast food. They still wrap and crush their burgers. Nothing ever even comes close to their ads. At least fill the friesup more haha. Read more
Walked into this Wendy's at 11:43 am. There were 2 customers ahead of me. One was ordering something and two people were at the... register to figure out why the order can't be placed. Finally at 11:50 am a manager appears and tells them it's because of thelarge quantity it can't be comboed. Meanwhile the soda machine is puffing out CO2 non stop as it needs a bib replaced in itasap. I watch as all of the employees are helping drive through first and then doing the in store orders. There's a lot ofconfusion on two orders at 11:52 am. Finally I am acknowledged and can place my order at 11:54. These people need to be bettertrained. This seems to be an issue plaguing New Mexico as the entire state has employees who aren't well trained atall. Finally got my order at 11:55 am. Read more
