I was in a brown Jeep Liberty on Wednesday, September 21. Waited at ordering screen for about 8-10mins then drove away around... 5:00pm because no one attempted to take my order or ask me to wait. No one said ?can you please wait? or responded after I said?hello? multiple times to at least make sure they were open. When I drove past the windows the entire staff was just standingthere looking at me doing nothing. At that point i just laughed and drove away because it was obvious no one cared. This is theTHIRD time this has happened. I stated description and date because if the owner or franchise really care about their sales andthe service the staff are providing they can review their cameras and address the issue. This Wendy's has consistently given me fresh food. Sometimes the wait is a little long, sometimes it's fast. They had a good... team working on a busy Saturday concert/fight night because line was fast and food was hot. Thank you. Read more
I just went to Wendy?s and had the best experience. The super sweet girl at the window gave me a FREE medium strawberry frosty... ?just because? and it was ABSOLUTELY delicious in every way. Then I was eating the fries and they were SO crunchy and literallyperfect and totally the best fries I?ve ever had in my life. They were what all fries should be. We walked in with a group of 30 people. It's important to note the staff had no warning we were coming and it didn't phase them... one bit. They pumped out all of the food almost as quick as we were ordering it (which was fast too). Food was super fresh andhot. I've been to lots of restaurants with very large groups of people and never had service that good. It was actually betterthan most fast food experiences by myself in a slow restaurant. Was in line for 30+ min waiting, the girl taking my order was very rude. I told her no tomatoes and ketchup the first thing I... see when I open my burger was ketchup and it was supposed to be a Jr. Bacon Cheese Burger! All it had was the burger cheese andketchup! The nuggets were so dry! The customer service was horrible! The guy that was handling the orders and the girl takingthe order! Very disappointed! If i could give zero stars I would!! Read more

Dame door is locked at this location with no sign as to why. Did a mobile order and selected pickup inside. Had to wait in the... huge drive-thru. Why is it even an option if the dame door is locked to pick up my order. If my food is cold, corporate willhear me loud and clear. Read more
