To the owner of this establishment.. we live in this neighborhood and have come here for years.. . I would like to tell you to... rethink your employment with your new drive tru girl (Mayra) as it read on our receipt.. we had an unpleasant experience lastnight.. she had very unprofessional and a very antagonistic attitude with us while we ordered.. my husband was very upset forthe rest of the night on how she talked to us! I Come here frequently, Wendy's 3601 4th st i am very disappointed. i have received incorrect items the past 3 times I have... visited this location many times. my order was all wrong. the lady manager which i was told by an employee ironically her managers name was Wendy i don't know if she was joking but that is what she said her managers name was. was very rude andunprofessional talking to me in a condescending tone many times which i did not appreciate but that is it i will never go backto this or any Wendy's again. mine you i have alway's love and spend good money on every visit. so much so that i know with mymonthly purchases i pay someone's salary. i work in a hospital and go there with my colleagues which also felt she was veryrude. i will make sure to spread the word. but with this treatment by this woman manager no more. she needs an attitude check. idon't usually write reviews but i am very disappointed at how people treat people with bad customer service shame on you. andtheir food has changed Drastically i even got sick with one of their grilled chicken. time to make my own in-home Burgers... Slow motion service. The drive thru is slow and to long of wait. They need some serious help to better expedite so things run... smoothly, or they just don't care. Absolutely terrible restaurant! Do not go. "We don't have enough people to open our lobby, so we allow the middle school kids... to walk through the drive-thru in front of all the cars." The kids were rude to an elderly lady trying to get past them. Therewere 4 kids originally, and then more groups walked up in front of the cars, blocking everyone from getting by as they threw afootball. They then threw their drinks on the ground as they walked away. We left our order there and drove off. Read more
