Went this morning at nine AM and ordered the Enchilada Ranchero Platter. The first plate came out with everything cold. When I... complained, the second plate came out with everything piping hot and delicious. Notice the difference in the first picture withold beans and un melted cheese as opposed to the second picture with everything hot and the cheese melted on the beans. I spoke to Ana the manager on 9/26/2022 and let her know my food was cold and not good, tacos were soggy and the sopaipillas... cold as well as the rice and beans, she told me to come back another day for a remake, on the two dinners plus the sopaipillas,she said I can order 2 different dinners if I want to, so I went back today 9/28/2022 , the girl at the window was very rude!! Iasked for the manager and let her know that I have a credit coming to me, Ana said she wrote my name down but apparently shedidn?t, so this so called manager named Luz said she can?t give me the credit, she was arguing and arguing with me, I can?tbelieve she even works there as a so called manager, I need to get ahold OF the GM , these people don?t know what they aredoing, I even had my receipt, and she still didn?t do it, she said she will be throwing the food away instead of just giving itto me!! What a waste of time in the drive through, people were honking cause she took forever arguing with me, what kind ofcustomer service is that!! Twisters used to be good. 3 x I've been at different restaurants and they have been barely ok. They load the burrito with the... worst frozen potatoes . Dry every single time hardly any meet and$8.00 for a burrito that feels more like a appetizer. Majordisappointment . Will not return unless I absolutely have too.
