Worst customer service! I asked for sweet tea it wasn?t sweet. I asked for a different drink the guy didn?t wanna give me a... different drink instead he gave me packs of sugar. I asked for ketchup he said he put it in the bag there wasn?t any in thebag!!! I?ll never be back at this location!! The food was okay!! Went and had a breakfast burrito. Good taste, but small. Fast and friendly service. Very clean place. Very helpful staff.

My family and I ordered lunch online today. We went to pick it up, and two of our items we ordered were out of stock. Why not... call us and let us know so we could be refunded from the online ordering service before hand? Then, once we were home werealized they handed us the wrong burrito. The other burrito was correct, but there was a long black hair in it of course. Theservice at this location has been mediocre at best over the years, with orders constantly being filled incorrectly or missingitems. Today, they didn't even offer to compensate us for missing items. It's extremely frustrating, trying to support a NewMexican business that treats New Mexicans so badly. Won't be going back ever. If you are looking for a great breakfast burrito, get one here. Every time i get to Albuquerque i always get the Three Meat... Biggie Twister style with Christmas chile. Very tasty and great food. Service is good and was ready when i got there forpickup. Read more

Im not mad the resturant was a mess. Im not mad the food took over 30 mins. Im not mad at staff in anyway, in fact the person at... the counter was very nice and told us there was a wait. Im mad that if management knows they arent going to be able to keep updue to staffing, that they arent getting them more help or just closing the dining room. The drive through is non stop action.Thats great,for biz, but the dining room was disgusting, bathrooms disgusting, and food was also terrible. Not good, long wait to simply order I was sitting there for maybe 10 minutes the vehicles behind me started honking they were... also frustrated. My order was not only wrong but gross. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito twister style, but got a handheldburrito I was already there for 20 mins I wasnt going to wait another 20 for it to be right. The beans weren't cooked all theway they were hard, there was no cheese and it was packaged very messy. I already didnt expect much from twisters but was stilllet down.
