This location lost it's good service when it lost it's good manager. It's such a bummer! She was there for a couple years and... she was great. I enjoyed talking to her and she was super nice...I miss her. I wish I would've gotten her name during her timethere... I'm better with faces than names (she was brunette with very light blue eyes and short, and had a very unique voice).Really sad now that I haven't seen her for several months, their lack of service and order checking has become very apparent. Last time we went to this location, they got our order completely wrong. We went this morning through drive thru and nobody went... on the speaker so we thought it was broken. Therefore, we went to the window and nobody went to the window. When we drove offthe girl thar was supposed to be handling drive thru was out front vaping. We will never go to this location again and will goto the one on Gibson. If you can't find good help just close this location. Wecks is across the street. Read more

The Cali burger hardly had any avocado on it with no bacon thanks and was bland, tasteless, and flavorless. Literally a MCdouble... is way better. Accally going to get one now. Feeding the meat part to the dog and never getting that slop of a burger again.Also sick of the wet soggy buns on any burger u get the bottoms are mush on every burger like not even from grease it's like thebottom buns are dunked in water first. I went thru the drive-thru here. I've ate at other Twisters locations and this one runs a bit slower than most, although that... might have been due to it being Super Bowl Sunday. My food was hot, fresh, and actually looked like the picture on the menu. Allin all, I would not hesitate to eat here again. Read more
