This should be a negative rating. I ordered my food at the drive thru after being told to wait for at least 5 minutes over the... speaker. Then when I finally ordered I pulled up and paid. We then went to the next window and waited for at least 15 minutes.At that point the ?manager? comes to the window and tries to hand me the wrong order. I say that?s not mine and she takes itback and walks away. Then she comes back after a few more minutes and says that the cook forgot what my order was and asks mewhat it was. At this point I was shocked that she was so blah zay blah about the wait time. She barely said ?sorry?. I then toldher I wanted my money back and it took her a few more minutes to do that. Nobody go to this twisters around mid afternoon time. They do a shift change and don?t help customers. I went through The... drive-through was told it was a shift change. It would only be five minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes I decided to go insidewhere I waited about 10 more minutes and then ask the employee who is doing something on the computer if they were even open orwe?re going to help me. Then she told me the guy told me a drive-through it would be 30 to 40 minutes of a wait. The twister style burrito is definitely a must if you haven't tried it. My wife and I come every so often, and we get the... regular size burrito and it's definitely enough to fill you up or have leftovers for lunch. Sometimes the chile is hella hot somaybe ask for easy.
