Worst experience ever! I've gone to this location hundreds of times and have never experienced such bad customer service. A... young girl who was working was very rude and yelled at me when I asked her to repeat herself. The taste of my horchata palata was great. The proce was a bit steep. I recommend this place if you dont mind the prices.

The employees had a great energy about them both times that I visited and were very helpful. The taro Paleta dipped in chocolate... and coconut was divine and didn't melt quickly. They have quite a variety of snack foods, plus they sell the best aquas Frescain medium or large cups, or even by the half gallon! I look forward to my next visit. Read more

Some of the sweetest staff I've ever met. Give them all a raise! They deserve it! My only complaint was that I didn't get the... chance to try every flavor they had ;) Pistachio with white chocolate was super good! This place is so cool..staff is friendly and fast. The shop is very small so there really isn't much room to chillax. There is a... variety of palates to choose from as well as dunking options. You can get any paleta dunked in milk chocolate, dark chocolate orwhite chocolate...but that's not all you van get the covered in nuts or other candy choices like M&Ms ???? I asked the staff fora suggestion and they made me a strawberry paleta with tajin and chamoy sprinkled alk over it and sliced strawberries. Man wasthis awesome..so good! I recommend this too...so refreshing. I recommend you give this place a try for sure. They also sell aguafresca, beef jerky and other snacks. Enjoy! Read more
