My husband and I showed up 20 minutes before closing on 10/25/22 after going to two other locations that had closed early for... some reason. We had just gotten into town and were greeted and helped by a super friendly staff. The guy who served us (sorry,we didn?t get a name) answered all of our questions and gave us tips that made our first ever paleta experience a great one.What we got was delicious and unique (for us out-of-towners). Good choices of paletas. Lots of flavor choices to choose from and some good toppings with dip as well. A bit pricey for what it... is so that is why I gave it a 4 star instead of a five star. They have a good small indoor eating area and they also haveoutdoor seating as well. It's located by the brewery and other food spots. The location has a great view of the Sandiamountains. Ahhh so good! I've never had Paletas before, and when a friend described them "ice cream popsicles" while taking me here I... wasn't sure if I'd like them. Turns out they're absolutely delicious and now one of my favorite treats! The staff here weresuper friendly and do a top notch job making a beautifully crafted dessert regardless of what you pick. The staff was super helpful in walking us through the process. You choose a frozen bar from one of their many options, then you... choose a coating (none, half-dip, and whole dip), then you can choose to coat it in a topping. I chose a hazelnut crunch bar,coated it fully in milk chocolate, then she rolled it in toffee for me. It was intense and delightful! We also tried an aguafresca, and she mixed two flavors for us to create the perfect refreshing drink. We had a great experience, several greatdesserts, and an awesome drink. Wow. Just wow. This place has everything. The staff are extraordinarily nice and their recommendations are spot-on! Don't be shy... about adding toppings to your paleta because they really elevate the treat. If you're not keen on dairy, they've got you coveredwith non-cream based paletas. Dine in, eat on the patio, or take your popsicles to go. Nearby restaurants have excellent foodand drinks but be sure you save room for dessert at the Paleta Bar. Read more
