Hello i went to Taco Cabana on Coors on Albuquerque NM. I got their around 6:10am in the drive threw. I waited about 10 min when... i notice i didn't get no help. No one answer on the microphone saying " ill be right with you" or anything. So i drove up to thewindow and still people were ignoring me until finally some lady came up. I asked are you "open" she said yes. I said i beenwaiting at the microphone and no one has said anything..the lady said " well were not ready and if were not ready were not goingto respond" so then i placed my order then she said well are you going to have a problem and closed the window on me and deny meservice. I try to call the restaurant to get that ladies number but no response. I would like so hear from a manager on how tofix this problem. Read more
I ordered steak tacos. I can not even bite them. The shells are hard and discolored on the edges. The very small amount of... steak is in small dried-up shreds and is extremely salty. I was also given the incorrect salsa. it was not fresh either. Ithrew the entire meal in the trash. I immediately called the restaurant but no one answered the phone. Read more
The Huevos Rancheros is My FAVORITE dish. I go there to get Lady's Favorite Breakfast Tacos every other day. I Love This Place.... Yes. This location is understaffed and a bit overwhelmed at times, but They MAKE IT WORK! I can forgive that. They are thelittle restaurant that COULD! Read more
Absolutely disgusted with this establishment. The workers are unsanitary. Did not see gloves worn working with customers food or... drink. Saw worker in drive thru holding lids in mouth before putting them on drink and serving to customers. Absolutelyunacceptable. We go here often to get their watermelon drink and after seeing this today we will not be returning. I have neverseen something so bad and unsanitary before in fast food. Customers beware!!! I'll start out by saying that the manager here has already offered to return some of our money, so they have resolved the... problems. When I went in today, it took the employee at the register a minute to notice I was there because he was looking athis phone. I ordered and then I was told their system is down and they need to take my card info to be charged later. I'm not abig fan of that (is it even legal?) but went along with it. While walking back to the back room with my card, the employee alsocarried his personal phone in his other hand. It would be SO EASY for him to snap a photo of my card details and I was reallybothered by the lack of care. When I got home with our food, we were missing half of the tortillas, all of the salad, all ofthe guacamole, all of the sour cream, and the meat was very dry. If the 1 pound fajita combo is supposed to have onion and bellpepper in it, we were missing those as well. They were out of the correct beans, which isn't a big deal at all, and I wouldn'thave cared if it wasn't another in a long line of failures. The service was excellent and the employees were nice and very professional. They make sure their dinning area is kept clean and... well stocked. They also have a nice dinning area outside as well. The food was tasty and yummy. I was unable to show picturesof their cooking area, per managers request, I would of loved to show those tortillas cooking. The bathroom is nice, but small.I would go and eat here again. Pancakes and eggs . Quesadilla with chicken and a cheese quesadilla. And a number 68, scrambledeggs and refried beans bacon with tortilla and chili. Was ordered. Read more
Wow. When their food is made properly it may be very delicious, but please do not give this location business. I cannot believe... this place. Several times recently they have put bacon in my order, and the last time we took it back they simply removed thebacon from the burritos and did not remake them, so they still tasted like bacon. I cannot eat bacon, and this experiences makeme physically ill and very upset. Today, I took our burritos back in and I explained the situation, very kindly. I asked ifthey could maybe look into their quality control, because bacon is an item that many people have problems with. The lady at theregister was lovely. The manager did not apologize or act like a manager at all. She was rude and abrupt. She did have themremake the burritos - a quarter of the size of the original ones! Seriously? That is what I get for politely trying to talkabout a concern?? I am absolutely appalled. I understand that it is hard to work in customer service. I promise I was not mean,and I was very polite. Inquired if they had their Lengua Burrito as a platter. Was told yes. When I got my order home, found that it's not in a... Burrito, just the meat with rice and beans. Food was cold when I got it home. Fortunately, the wife's Tacos were correct.Called to the store and was given 2 weak excuses. 1. Cashiers don't know exactly how plates are organized. What???? You'retelling me that cashiers are selling food without being properly informed? 2. Pandemic Excuse that they're short handed and noteveryone is properly trained. Read more
