Ordered 30 in food, chips only had enchilada chips only had cheese on them nothing else and relleno plate tasted like... peppermint. No sauces, felt ripped off when I got home. The evening crew is a joke. Read more
I eat here once a month or so and it has always been good. For what I consider fast food it is always a good stop. The... restaurants in New Mexico have always been clean well kept. Save your time & money and don?t come here. They say they are open till 11pm but mentally they close at 9/10pm. I asked for a... few things on the menu they were out of everything. Got the fajitas and only 2 tortillas had a few pieces of steak in them. 2tortillas without ANYTHING. No onions or peppers. No guac. 1 tsp of rice 1 tsp of beans. What a joke. Close early if you don?twant to work and keep food stocked till you close! We asked for a refund and manager Yaniel was rude as ever. Food looked oldand inedible . Great looking nice music and great food. 06/24/2022 update This place went down for a while but under the new management the... cleanliness and customer service is outstanding. I talked to the manager and they have a strict no phone policy at thislocation. It seams to be working, this location is a must. Read more
Tonight we ordered 2 orders of large menudo and extra tortillas. They only charged us one order and we had to tell them at the... window that we had 2 orders. It was corrected. When we got home, there was ONLY 6 pieces of meat in each bowl NO posole at alljust broth!!! Not only to mention when we called to complain, a young man picked up, we asked to speak to management and heresponded rudely ?of course I am? and I responded well just say I am the manager not ?of course I am? he proceeded to ask howcan we be helped after we had told him about the issue he said he would refund us. This place literally is the worst, this isn?tthe first time it has happened. Management, employees, need work in customer service!!!! Apparently no substituting per ?manager training? check your receipts. Order your meal and charge for sides is how they are... trained. They keep the food you think you are substituting and auto charge for side. Also check you get all you paid for andthat it is cooked correctly. Sunny side up means Yolk not burnt at bottom with what looks sunny side up but is rubbery overcooked eggs. Read more
This place never fails. We get food from it at least once a week and it is always a hit with the entire family. The tortillas... are probably my favorite from any restaurant. And the Green Chile Stew is always delicious. Writing this is making me cravesome. Im already looking forward to our next visit. Read more
