Worst Taco Bell experience. Roaches and flies inside the trap on the soda machine. Mexican pizzas were soggy. This location has... been here for years and has always had sub par service. Avoid at all cost. I will be informing the city of Albuquerque and thehealth inspectors. I went here on a Friday night around 9:45 on my way back to my hotel after a concert. 50% of my order was fine (chicken... quesadilla combo) - however the Nachos bell grande that was ordered was made by someone who absolutely didn?t know what theywe?re making. It was basically taco ingredients on chips - melted shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato (after telling them notomato), and taco meat. It was very disappointing for my partner and pretty much the worst Taco Bell experience I?ve managed tohave. Not to mention this place is a little worse for wear outside, the drive through menu had no working lights nor are reallyany other ones to help you see. Worst experience at a Taco Bell ever. Half of my order was missing the rest of it was wrong. I ordered potato soft tacos they... gave me regular soft tacos. A crunch wrap was left out and they blamed me for driving away without it (but they made it and putit in its separate bag?) I went back to have them remake it they said that they were out of beef and could not remake my order.They also accused me of eating the missing items from order. STAY AWAY! Read more
I was horrified when I got home with my #1 combo. I picked up the first one and everything fell out the soggy, soggy, super wet... bottom. ALL THREE tacos were the same. I tried to eat the crispy part of one of them, but the TASTE of the ingredients wasvaguely chemical, and I am wondering if he set the tacos down on a recently cleaned surface that was wet with cleanser. Thebean burrito was NOTHING BUT BEANS inside. No cheese. No green chili. Just tasteless, awful, dry beans wrapped in a leatherytortilla. I called this store at the number on the receipt 4 times and each time, the phone rang and rang, and then BEEPED atme. I am not sure if I was dumped into a fax machine or if the phone had hung up on me. Then I looked up the TACO BELLcorporate office. There were SEVERAL numbers for that, including one complaint number, but there was no one to talk to becausethey close at 5 Pacific time and I am at Mountain time. Finally, I had to call my bank and just dispute the charge with them. I told them what happened and they reversed the charges. I have been eating at Taco Bell for many decades, mostly inCalifornia, but I have NEVER been served soggy soggy wet wet tacos. I will never eat at Taco Bell ever again. SEE THE PHOTO! Read more
By far the worst taco bell in town. Not only do they not care about their food quality. They also don't care about the hours... they're supposed to be open or that homeless people live in their drive thru. Just drive a little further and go to a differentTaco Bell. Read more
