Placed an order through the app to pick up inside so I don't have to wait in line in the drive-thru. Get to the restaurant and... the door is locked. An employee comes to the door and I explain ny situation. They tell me they don't have my order. I walkout to get my phone to show them and they lock me out again. Now I have to sit in the drive-thru behind 6 cars who apparentlyhave never been to a Taco bell because each car takes almost 10 minutes ordering. When I finally get to the speaker, the stilldon't seem to know about my order, so I tell them what I ordered. And, to top it all off, the gave me the wrong thing. I placed an order through Uber eats. Brian our Uber Eat?s driver was super nice and alerted me to the fact that Taco Bell gave... my order away and that they had to remake it. At that time he told me to check my order which I did majority of my order wasmissing. I called the Taco Bell so I could pick up my order since it?s too hard for them to get it right. I Called for 15minutes straight they would not answer the phone. Not the first time this is happened I?m getting really irritated with peoplenot working or doing their job. Super frustrating!!!! Order the number 6 made with beef, not chicken, got home to eat and the chalupas were frozen cold! I repeat FROZEN COLD, tried... calling the store immediately but they answered only to quickly hang up. Drove back to complain and said there's nothing theycan do because I touched! Read more
This location should just close. Poor slow motion service, lazy employees and they close when they want. Lots of people get... turned away because they are extremely lazy and loose lots of business..I wonder if the manager knows what's really going on atthis location. Wow this place should be checked on one a week its so bad. We are on the way home stop there, the first thiing was the customer... service. If you want to be treated like a disturbance, please go there. The kids was so disrespted full I can see why he worksthere. The food was awful, soggy, and greasy. Went back for a refund or replacement, the manager I thing was dummer the a box ofrocks. No sour cram on my Chulupas no mild sauce, and no napkins! I ordered through the drive thru on 7/14. We had a pretty large order and when they handed us our bag we asked if it was all and... the cashier assured it was there with a awful attitude. Customer service was awful. We were missing two burritos and most of ourstuff had little filling. We spent 45 dollars and I feel like we were not given the appropriate service. We tried to call twice,with no answer both times. If I could get incontact with a manger that would be great! Read more

OMG! I rarely go to 'fast food's and have something I absolutely have to write about. But.... I was so impressed with the... service and kindness as well as the patience of the workers there I HAD to let ALL know! Not to mention the food was delicious! Keep up the good work guys! Read more
