This is the biggest joke of fast food ever. I've been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes now waiting for my food to be... made and given a load of excuses ranging from "I forgot to make the eggs," to "oh the other lady that works in the morning camein late." Sweetie I've worked in fast food and in fine dining, it takes less than 5 minutes to get the entire kitchen set up andgoing. On top of it there is no manager present. Doesn?t seem like a good location at all. We waited forever for a person to take our order at the drive-thru and when a guy... finally got to us, my dad tried to order Cinnabon Delights, but the guy taking his order said, ?We don?t have those!? in a rudetone of voice, so we just drove off. The other thing I don?t like is that they still advertise the Mexican Pizzas, even though Iread on Google that they?re discontinuing them until the fall. All the locations have a piece of paper on their menus that justsay, ?Sorry, we?re out of Mexican Pizzas.? Nope, they?re not serving Mexican Pizzas at all, they?re just discontinuing themuntil the fall, so why would they write pieces of paper that say, ?out of Mexican Pizzas? instead of saying, ?Mexican Pizzasbeing discontinued until fall?? Horrible location, I've never had to throw away my food from taco bell before. I placed an order online and it let me place an... order for pickup in the lobby and when I got there, the lobby wasn't even open. They didn't have one of the items I ordered, andthey didn't make the ones I did get right. When I told them I had a mobile order in the drive thru, they sounded like theydidn't know what I was talking about and then when I got to the window, they magically had my "order". Went to get dinner for the wife and I. I got a crunchy gordita and the family pack witch by the way only had 4 crunchy tacos and... 4 burritos. The poor girle that took my order must have been new because when I tryed to order the real family pack of tacos youknow the one with 12 tacos or burritos your choice mix and match if you want.i didn't get it bummers. Any the crunchy gorditawasn't so crunchy and way to much tortilla for the little fillings it had the tacos and burritos on the outher hand was dam GoodI don't recommend the crunchy gordita. Everytime we go to thiis Taco Bell after 10pm they say they are only able to serve crunchy tacos??? Why?? How can this location... operate and only offer one menu item option after 10pm?? This is horrible customer sevice and no way to run a business!! Theymay as well close at 10pm if this is the service and menu options offered. Read more
I knew something was going to be funny when my Mountain Dew Baja tasted off. The Doritos Loco's taco shells were stale like... beyond stale all 3 of them absolutely gross, the lettuce was old and brown and smelt weird ,the meat terrible. Ordered 12 pack crunchy tacos supremes online . Went to drive thru and got a 12 pack with no tomatoes and no mention of them... being out. Walked inside to see what happened and they said oh, we were out but they found some . Remade my tacos with frozenrotten tomatoes that were extremely wet and ruined all the food. Disputing this waste of time and money with my CC. Read more
