Had a door dash order to pick up at around 7:30 two evenings ago. Lobby was closed already, so had to get into drive thru line.... There were about 5-6 cars in front of me. Took 25 mins to get to the window and there was no way to get out of the drive thruonce in it. I kept thinking they must have been making one order at a time. When I finally get to the window (order is now 20minutes past pick up time) the girl at the window says just a minute. I sat there another 5 minutes while the girl from thewindow and another girl stood within sight just talking to each other. Then a male employee walked out from the line into thelobby area, which again was closed. Next they all congregated behind the lobby registers just talking with each other. I didn'tsee any other employees but those 3 were making no effort to get any food made and served. Btw the girl at the window waschewing food when she came to the window and after she returned from a brief dissappearance from view. I ended up leavingwithout the door dash order and unassigning it after having over 30 minutes of time wasted. Horrible service!!!! I highlyrecommend food app delivery employees avoid this restaurant as well as other patrons. They need new leadership badly. Oh BTW theorder I was supposed to get consisted of 2 dorito tacos, 1 nacho fries, & one burrito. Read more

Changed my stars after a delivery from here on DoorDash: the Nacho Fries were cold/hard and the food was not put together well.... My crunchwrap was half lettuce and tortilla. I got overfilled veggie burritos that were wet/slimy. Not enjoyable at all. I'venever had issues with this location so I'm not sure what the dip in quality is about... Read more
This is probably one of the best ones to go to for fast quick service and usually not as busy as other locations, but I'm... warning you, taco bell taco smell mush food is not good for your digestive system and will always leave bacteria behind everytime. Read more
Been sitting here waiting inside for 30 minutes after we ordered and still have not received our order. Manager is standing at... the drive through register, talking to another employee while only 1 person is making the food. Why is she not helping him?Asked how much longer and she couldn't give me an answer and didn't even bother going to check. Worst service I have ever hadfrom any taco bell I've gone to. Read more
Very bad customer service go to buy the Mexican pizza a bean burrito and 5 freeze drinks and the person at the register says I... have to use the Taco Bell app so I download the app and order my food when they call my name they leave out my drinks and whileI?m waiting they don?t even say sorry sir the machine out of order and say they can replace with normal fountain drinks so askfor a refund and they say they can?t do it because I did it online and have to get the refund online so thanks Taco Bell I justpaid $27 for just a Mexican pizza and a bean burrito?..To the manager I spoke to word of advice your entire staff is horsingaround, joking and I notice every customer keep coming back because their order was wrong. I have been in customer service for30 years and the way the staff spoke to me and not trying to find a better solution is not the way I would have ran thisbusiness. Read more
Burritos at Taco Bell should be a lot like women. Nice and thick. But a burrito should not be spewing out everywhere while... eating it. Super good. Most friendly service from any fastfood. Fast and always gets everything correct. This is my go-to for .. Any meal of the day! Read more
