Terrible customer service. I pulled into the drive though and I was the only car. After repeating my order three times I pay and... am given my card back, no one comes out to the window for 10 minutes. When a guy finally did open the window he says my orderwill be $54.84 after I had already paid. Employees seem clueless and are joking around and being highly unprofessional. Tookthem another 5 minutes to finally get my order. When I arrived home I received a bean burrito instead of a 5 layer and myDoritos locos taco supreme was missing both sour cream and tomatoes. Not only was the customer service experience terrible butyou overcharged me for two of my items. Management needs to take a look at the evening crew because it was unacceptable. Read more
Worst Taco Bell ever! Every time we go there we get the worst customer service. The employees are always rude and act like they... don?t want to work. We are vegetarians and we always say no meat sub beans and every single time they have to add meat godforbid they have to make something with no meat. Messed up my order(again). Drive thru worker was rude even tho I always say thank you and please, no napkins, burrito literally... had all beans on one side and the rest of the ingredients on the other side of the burrito. The kids that work here obviouslyhate thier jobs and it reflects in the customer service and food quality. I am not sure what is going on but seems like they just don?t want to make more food at 9pm? got to the window they had no... chicken (30-40 min wait as she stated) but they took it off my order but was not asked if I would like anything else. I thenasked if I could have extra sauce at the window and the girl at the window just looks as me and proceeds to take my card,noticing the hand full she put in, once I received my food I drove to the front to check my order and saw 10 packets of sauce. Iknocked on the front door to get a few more packets for my order, the door was locked and an employee opened it after I stated Ineeded more sauce she advises it?s over there go ahead. As I walk over the manager looks at me and I let her know ?sorry justneeded more sauce? her reaction was ?yeah I told her to give you 13 cause it?s one per item, it?s the last box? as I look at herlike (this is a joke right) I informed her ?but I got the big taco box and burritos? she proceeds with ?yeah I know?.. go aheadand get some it?s fine? and walks away frustrated..when I get home I open my taco and see the presented pictures. This location is absolutely horrible. Visited today and tried ordering 2 bean burritos with no cheese (I am lactose intolerant).... The girl working the drive through speaker seemed horribly confused by this and had to bring over another employee to take myorder. I also ordered a nacho bell grande with no tomatoes. I received my food and low and behold, the burritos were full ofcheese and the nachos were loaded with tomatoes. Can?t even follow simple instructors. AVOID. Read more

Always mess up our order! Every single time I?ve visit this location they mess up our order. Horrible customer service, from the... managers, especially the blonde lady that works nights. I try calling to correct the issue and they never answer. Do not wasteyour money here. Go to Burger King or something next door. Read more
