The last 4 times I have ordered food in 3 different ways. At 4 different times of day and had horrible experiences. No marked... food, missing food, and made completely wrong. I've complained and I've gotten nothing back. I am done with this location. Ileft months between ordering and still it's horrible. Enchiritos I got 2 with onion 2 without. All were the same. Asked whichwere which and person who brought to the table in restaurant said he didn't know and walked away. Other people had their ordercompletely lost they left with nothing. Ordered nacho fry box along with more of an order. They forgot the fries! Order noonion on delivery of burrito and Enchiritos, all have onion. They forgot more items. I even got the wrong sauce. I eat here all the time but on Nov 22 2022 at 5:15pm there was a worker that was throwing up in bathroom. And then proceeded to... go in to the kitchen and start working without gloves on while coughing. It is flu season as well as COVID and RSV is out, thatis disgusting and he should have been sent home IMMEDIATELY. That is a health hazard. I'm really tempted to call healthinspector that should not be tolerated. Read more
Tell me why i asked for the nacho fry box and i didnt get my taco then the burrito is tortilla.. and wht is the crunch wrap like... minty? This is by far the worse Taco Bell experience.. the food is tossed together the mexican pizza is older. You can tellbased on the cheese and how soggy its been sitting there for a minute. No meet in anything.. waste of 18 bucks. Went on aThursday 27th at 240 ish. Never will again this Taco Bell as employees that hate their life! There is Taco Bell near our house but my husband and I decided to try this location and we are so glad we did. We received... excellent service. Food was made really good compared to other locations. Taco Bell is great for a taco fix, but it will probably never see 5 stars from me. This is because when I order something like a... sampler pack and say no sour cream, they put sour cream anyway. This is a reality for for any item on the menu with sour cream,they will put sour cream. I don't go to taco bell a lot due to this fact of life. This is why they only get 4 stars. Read more

I love Taco Bell but the location at Unser and McMahon is awful! They almost always forget to give me part of my order. Today a... taco was missing. The soft taco I got today didn?t have cheese on it and was super soggy like water had been spilled on it. Thebean burrito was made so badly! Every time I?ve gone to this location food is cold and items are usually missing. Finally came back after a year and orders a... Mexican pizza combo. They didn?t put the Mexican pizza in my bag.
