Like others have said the manager Betty is very rude! This is the second time she was rude, then again I rarely go there. This... time I wanted the #12 turkey sandwich only. It comes with avocado and bacon and what not. I just mentioned I didn?t want baconand she made it sound like I had to get it or build my own! If I could rate this subway less than 1 star it would be in the negatives. The worst experience I have had at a subway! The lady... told me not once but twice that I could not add or change anything on my sandwich. Told the girl who added vegetables it didn?tcome with vegetables and I could not have them. Were rude and unhelpful. They overcharged me and charged me $18 for a sandwich that only should?ve cost $11. When I tried... explaining what I wanted they made me pay for each meat in my sandwich as a add on when it was an Italian BMT. I only bother to go here if coupons come in the mail but probably won't bother with doing that anymore. Buy one footlong, get... one free. Nothing that indicates any restrictions. Nothing about coupon restrictions IN store either. But I go there, order 2basic steak and cheese footlongs, told at the counter that coupon doesn't cover the steak and cheese. Never had a problembefore. No point in going if they're not going to honor their own coupons. Read more

Got there at 7:30 closed at 8. Just wanted to sit before driving another 12 hours home. Food was fine but the older lady closed... the bathrooms so she didn't have to clean them again. When I asked kindly if they where opened she said "just go dirty them so Ican clean them up". Called someone a trouble maker and announced 3 times they close in 30 minutes. We cleaned up 10 minutesbefore closing. Dusted the tables and told them to have a good night. Customer service sucks if you make it suck. Read more
