DO NOT TIP AT THIS SUBWAY. I used to work here and the owners don't give a single cent of tip money to any of their employees.... They pocket all of the money for themselves. I've seen the owner dump out the jar of tip money and put it in her own purse. Tipsfrom the credit card machine? Never saw them on my check. I love the subs here....my sub was the bomb...fresh crisp and tasty.......service....to the moon...thank you...
just got a footlong tuna. Server only put 2 scoops of tuna on it - and then spread it paper thin over the bread. I asked for... "heavy lettuce" and he barely got lettuce from one end to the other of the sandwich. Asked for bell peppers and he counted out5 small pieces and was done. Asked for vinegar and he had to ask another employee if the bottle he picked was correct or not. I have to think this guy was a new trainee, but there was what looked like a manager standing right beside him and didn'tcorrect a thing he did. Not only is the food the most subpar food with the owners obsessive stinginess but they treat their employees like mules. They... openly, as if to taunt them, steal all the tips from the tip jar in front of them *and* they forced them to clock out beforeclosing completely. This is an illegal practice but they don't care. They care about lining their pockets no matter how muchtheir employees suffer and then they cry like babies when you quit. Speaking of babies, Dean (one of the owners) is a big one.Once during a rush, I forgot why, Dean was sulking in the corner while everyone else was working their hardest. This isespecially reprehensible considering that he would then proceed to steal the tips given in that time. Guess someone forgot tochange his diaper. That wasn't even the worst bit. They had disgusting practices. They reuse plastic wrap. Guess the customergetting food poisoning isn't a very high priority over 3 cents saved on 1 square foot of plastic wrap. Furthermore, theirmanager was super super racist. Dropped N bombs all the time in the back and made sure to let everyone know that certain peoplewere inferior to her. I wish I was making this up.
