I told myself don?t come here last time they put hardly no meat just mostly bread. I won?t come here again rip off
Went in for lunch. Ordered 2, 6 inch sandwinches. My boyfriends food came out just fine. However as soon as mine came out of the... oven for toasting the girl didn't listen. I asked for cumbers and she put lettuce. However when I opened the sandwich there wasmold on it. Then when I tried to talk to them about it, I was told I was wrong and its just seeds. So wile my boyfriend ate Igot to sit there and eat nothing because I was not going to argue anymore or deal with them since I'm WRONG. Read more
This place is supposed to be open until 9, but there is this guy who turns off the open sign and dims the lights and says... they're not open. Then just strolls to the back lol. Idk how this dude pulls it off, but he does ???? Edit: You're awesome forreplying so I'll definitely change it, but it still doesn't explain why it was locked up at 7:40 man. Like if you would've said7 I would of said awesome and just straight up took it off. Read more
Very sloppy staff when I visited. One was so focused on clocking out that he abandoned my sandwich halfway through the line, and... the other stopped working on my sandwich to help a young female customer at the register who had just walked in. I get it,they're young and who wants to work at Subway, right? But at least have some courtesy to communicate with me if you're steppingaway from making my sandwich and leaving me waiting. It wasn't even a good sandwich after all of that. It was sloppy, theydidn't follow my occasional instructions/requests. I'll avoid this location in the future unless I have no other choice. Read more
As far as Subways are concerned, I think this is one of their better locations. The employees are always very friendly, they do... a good job putting together the sandwich you want, and if you're really nice, they will go out of their way to try to ring upthe sandwich at the lowest possible price. I really appreciate these people, and because of their service and quality, we gohere pretty often. Read more
This Subway is one of the best I've been to in the Albuquerque Metro area. The staff was extremely friendly and very polite.... There was a little girl with her grandfather in front of me and the grandfather was hard of hearing. So the little girl did theordering. They took their time to ensure everything was perfect for them. Then apologized for the delay in helping me. Which wastotally fine, because the same care they gave the grandfather and little girl, I recieved. Great team here. Everything wasgreat. Read more
I personally love this subway. I go out of my to come to this one even though there are two others much closer to my... work. Everyone is always very friendly, service is great, lettuce is never wilted, but most of all, it is extremely clean. Ialways see employees changing gloves after they have touched things that might warrant gloves being changed, for instance aftertouching a cash register (you would be amazed how often this DOES happen at some places... gross). You need signs that state that your company only takes cash. And at least tell you before they make your sub's. Was very... disappointed not everyone carries cash. Put some SIGNS up to let the customer that you only take cash. I was a very goodcustomer, now I'm not ever going back to any of your stores. Read more
