Good when I go no problems with online ordering.
The lady at taking our order was a bit rude. She was very short with us and walked away as we were talking to her. Maybe to take... care of her grandchild that was running all over the store and behind the counter eating and drinking something. I walked into this location in a very bad mood, I was at the wrong of the line, another customer was ahead of me and I was... getting frustrated because I felt she didn't have her sandwich order together, she gave me a savings coupon, brightened my day,then the lady sandwich maker kept addressing me in the most pleasant way and apologized because she didn't have the bread Irequested. She got my sandwich together and when I went to pay, she threw in a couple of cookies for free which also put aspark in my day. It was worth it for me to be there because between the customer and the clerk, they brightened my day. Read more
Dominica was a rude, unhelpful sandwich 'artist'. When we arrived, she had created a large line of customers because she was... busy making bread and not servicing anyone. When it was my husband's turn, he stated he would like one of the signaturesandwiches, but some different selections. She refused all of his requests for alternative cheese, vegetables and sauce, andinsisted on making it 'as it comes'. Terrible service, and we ended up paying for a sandwich we didn't want. Read more
