Awesome Manager!!! The manager really cares for her restaurant and customers. She is very personable and treats every customer... that walks in the door great. Very attentive. Also, she protected her restaurant when a homeless tried coming into the store.She was very quick to keep her customers safe. She locked the door and called security immediately!!! There have been days when I?m not even craving a sub, but I?ll go here anyway because the customer service is GREAT! The manager... is very personable and down to earth, sometimes you can hear her coaching her staff and it?s nice to hear someone correctmistakes without giving any attitude or talking down/blaming other employees in front of the customer. I'm actually writing this review not because I visited this subway but my husband. On Friday March 13 around noon he walked in... and the gal working the line asked what do you want? Not may I help you. She would mumble her words and when he would say pardonshe would get upset with him. Just downright rude and unwarranted. The only previous time that he had been there , heexperienced the same exact thing thinking that this encounter might have been a fluke. When he had mentioned this experience tome last night it had been about 10 hours of this happening. Something needs to be done with the customer training services thatare given to these employees before they encounter the public. If they are not up for this kind of face to face businessinteractions perhaps this isn't the job for them. Read more
The food was good but the cashier didn't wash her hands before pulling the bread out of the oven or before she started making... everyone's food. She kept touching her clothes and face while she had gloves on. Pretty gross. Read more
