Every time I visit this Starbucks they are always out of some of their drinks and stuff that goes in the drinks. So... disappointing. Whoever the manager is really needs to know how to order enough stuff for the drinks. I ordered a Mocha cookiecrumble frappuccino and this location was out of the cookie crumble. The drink is not the same when it is missing the mainingredient. Someone better make this location better than what it is. So dissatisfied. Read more
My mother loves their specialty coffee. Personally, I think they're overpriced. Sometimes the coffee tastes bitter. Coffee from... other less pricey companies are better, in my opinion. Some of the employees usually seem hesitant to help...don't know if it'sthe management or the corporation or just those employees.
