This was my first visit to this particular Starbucks and I was very pleased. The line at the drive thru was at least 20 cars... deep and went all through the Costco parking lot, so I went inside. I ordered my favorite hot Carmel Macchiato and I tried theBacon, Egg & Gouda breakfast sandwich. I've ordered sandwiches from Starbucks before, but for the price, I found themunremarkable. The coffee was great as usual, but of all the sandwiches I've had, this one was by far the freshest, hottest andtastiest. The staff was very quick and efficient and seemed much more organized at this store. I was inside for no more than 5minutes, and when I came out, the drive thru line had about 6 cars left...very impressive!! Will go back to this Starbucksagain! Read more

The service here is slow. I wasn't greeted with a smile, not even a good morning. Just "what can I get for you" I of course... greeted the young lady with a "good morning" and smiled at her. Their prepackaged sandwiches are too pricey for their contentand the quality of their content. I asked for sugar in our vanilla flavored coffees, but maybe they forgot to put it in becausethey were bitter and filled all the way to the top to where I couldn't add more sugar. I had to request a side cup to fix mycoffee and sugar packets. The bathroom was gross. Too dirty, too early in the morning. As if it wasn't cleaned the night before.They didn't have any soap for "every employee must wash hands before returning to work" the trash can was full to the top, andtoilet was dirty too. The young girls were kind, but could use coaching on how to greet their customers. The inside of the storeappeared clean and had a peaceful, calm environment. I enjoyed that very much. Read more

I very rarely give 5 stars. Drive up dude got our order right the first time and I can honestly say this is best Iced Caramel... Macchiato with whipped cream I've ever had. Great job! Read more

I love Starbucks don?t get me wrong. Great drinks but every time I?ve gotten a shaken espresso or brown sugar shaken espresso... they are never filled up to the tip. I even ask now and it never happens. I wouldn?t complain but these drinks aren?t cheap. Alldrinks should be filled. SMH Read more

I don?t think I ever recall having any bad experience at Starbucks but today at this Starbucks they lived up to their... reputation. I ordered a Vanilla Late with a touch of cinnamon, after I drove away my drink didn't even taste like Vanilla Late.It had so much Cinnamon that whole thing was dark brown. As you see in these pictures it was nasty. For those of you that arefamiliar with this area it's hard to get in and out that's why they call it Coors Bypass so I did not go back but I assure you Iwill not return to this location. Normally I do not write reviews unless I really like something... Well in this case I wish I could put zero stars. I am a... regular of Starbucks. I go just about every morning to get my day started. Well I have been going to this Starbucks since theyopened the location about two years ago. I noticed last year in summer time the service has started going down hill. Theywould jip me on the last two ounces and not fill it up all the way or not make my coffee right. Well I kept giving them thebenefit of the doubt and kept going there. Well in February of this year It started getting really bad. I went one morningbefore my work out at 6 am and was told they do not have cold brew until 5pm which I knew was a lie because that is what I getall of the time. I just went with it and ordered a caramel macchiato hot. The girl must not have heard me and asked so again Isaid hot not cold. When I pulled up to the drive thru she gave me a cold one. When I waited to give it back she hid. I had mywork use them for an event a week later, had called a week prior to set it all up called the night prior to confirm everythingand they acted like they had no clue what was going on. three weeks later I get a cold brew from them and it HAS CURDLED MILKIN IT. I had to go home from work early because I couldn't stop throwing up. instead of calling corporate then I just told allof my friends and family not to go there ever again. This morning I send my fiance to get us some cold brews expecting him togo to a different location. Well he did not and this just goes to show you once more that they just need to be shut down orthey just need to hire all new staff because they screwed up again!!!! Cold brew with out any cream should look like blackcoffee. NOT LIKE WATERED DOWN TEA!! HE ORDERED MINE WITH CREAM AND IT LOOKS LIKE AND TASTES LIKE IT IS ONLY CREAM!!
