Fast, effective, easy to work with staff. Clean, no line for cashier. Well organized, well stocked. Delicious coffee and... strawberry lemonade. No drive up window at this location. Outdoor patio seating on south side of cafe. Read more

This was the starbucks that finally drove me to give the over priced coffee up. Every single time I have gotten coffee from this... location it's either made very poorly or their app didn't mention they were out of a syrup, which I only find out once I'vearrived and wasted my gas and time. I know starbucks isn't going to lose money from my absence, but maybe if enough people wakeup and realize they can make cheaper better coffee at home then who knows, starbucks might finally see a dip in their stocksthat they so rightfully deserve. Walked in to order. Only had SF vanilla syrup for drinks. Ordered a SF vanilla latte. Waited for over 15 min. Finally barista... said this is yours, it's been sitting here. Tasted like weak milk. If I'd had more time I would have taken it back in. Read more

Wasn't super impressed this time... normally my experience is pretty average for Starbucks. This time I went in, placed my... order, asked to use my reward... then the cashier scanned my card and told me the new balance so I scanned it again thinking heused the reward and that adjusted the price... he then explained to me that I didn't have enough money on my card for myorder... after I asked to use my reward... which you know that's one thing totally fine he probably didn't hear me orunderstand. But then I went to go wait for my order where the two baristas were talking about what bad employees they are andmocking their supervisor "that's against company policy, that's against company policy" and continue to talk amongst themselvesabout what bad employees they are... they then hand me the wrong drink. Now I've worked for Starbucks and wrong drinks happenand I have no issue with either correcting the mistake politely or just accepting the wrong drink because it's often stillsomething I enjoy anyway... however I felt uncomfortable asking for them to remake my drink after they just spent upwards of 5minutes making the wrong drink for me while opening saying how bad they are at their jobs... I hate giving poor reviews forplaces I do visit semi-often but I mean the employees have to be aware of what their customers are saying AND of what theircustomers are hearing. Read more

Worst Starbucks service in town? First I have to say that this location may have been swamped by balloon fiesta extra business... this morning, which has probably is been a hardship for the staff. But regardless, I ordered an oatmeal and a bag of coffee onthe Starbucks app, then I had to make another stop on the way up so it took me a while? 25 minutes later I showed up and thebagged coffee was waiting on the shelf, but the oatmeal wasn?t made yet.I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make mybreakfast. and they weren?t even busy! I don?t understand - what?s the purpose of ordering ahead on the app if they don?tactually make it until you arrive? PS: They do have a great patio! This is an older location and one of the only ones in townthat still believes in south facing patios. Absolutely the best plan for our cold but sunny winter months! Read more
