Customer Service: just because I forgot to say "no ice" in my water, the lady did not want to finish with my second "iceless"... water, so she started working on someone else's coffee order. What a stuck up lefty establishment. You need a nuclear top secret code from the staff to use the bathroom. So Starbucks... promotes the 26 gender available bathroom agenda, so that multi person bathrooms are shared by atomically male and femalepersons. But then they have just single occupancy bathrooms so they never have the political problem of different genderidentities in same room at same time. Typical Lefty thinking, cause a problem for everyone else but skate around having itaffect yourself. They are so good at spreading yuck all over everyone else without getting any on themselves. The single stallbathroom is a severe inconvenience to public as it cannot serve customers bathroom needs in a timely manner, and then have tohave the top secret push button code to get to use their privileged bathroom. Typically lefties, they support agendas thatchange everyone else?s lives, but then don?t have to deal with the downside of that policy themselves. So limiting everyone intotheir facility is inconvenience to everyone not just a very, very small percentage of the population with mass stall bathrooms.They could have a separate male and a female multi stall bathrooms, and then have 1 single stall bathroom for privacy of thenon-normal populous. l also loved the used need depository in the bathroom so drug needle paraphernalia can be disposed ofsafely. Are used to work at a Starbucks in Hawaii, I know in shots are expired, or whenever things on K St. I have picked up an order... from my boss and myself every single day probably for the past month. Went on a Sat at 5:30 PM. Never have had such an awful experience at this location before but seems like the service is sorely... lacking in the evening shifts. I ordered a tall (small, tiny, easy to make, no fuss) iced matcha. When I paid I saw no oneinside the building from the drive though so have no idea what taking so long. When my drink finally came the girl laughed andtells someone this is supposed to be iced. I didn?t find it amusing my order was wrong as I had already waited in line. Thenproceeded to wait ANOTHER 12 Minutes for my remade drink. There were at least 11 cars behind me. How hard is it to make thatcorrect the first time?! Good lord!
