This is hands down the worst Starbucks in the city. They are so slow and they never have stoppers or sleeves. The staff is like... a bunch of zombies. Read more

Unbelievably slow. Prioritizes drive thru over anything else. Quicker to order through drive thru than to place an order online... and come to the store. Easily the worst Starbucks in town. Read more

The line was long when I pulled into the parking lot, but it went really fast. I noticed a car arrive after me, park, walk up... order and leave while I had moved one car length. So for those of you who are not as lazy as me, skip the line, walk up and geton your way quickly. I've stopped at many Starbucks and competitors (those who must not be named) and this location was amongthe MOST efficient. If this one is on your way, it's the one to stop at. TIP, do NOT pull on to Holly going north and try toturn left. That is a LOOOOONG light. Tap ???? if this was helpful. Read more

I walked up to the window to avoid the very long drive through line. I ordered a hot mocha breve with half chocolate pumps.... Jasmine was so nice to me. Very friendly and efficient. Abby brought me finished drink and was equally as pleasant. When I'm inABQ next I will make it a point to stop at this particular Starbucks. Read more

The coffee on the left is the coffee I was given , I asked for oat milk the young man blatantly lied to my face and told me it... was corrected that it was in fact not milk but oat milk . I am now very sick because I am Vegan and have been for years . Wewent to a different Starbucks to compare and you can clearly see the difference . Read more

This is a drive-through or take away only Starbucks. The drive-thru was fast and efficient, I got my food quickly, the people... were very nice oh, and the food was right. This Starbucks can't be accessed from Paseo Del Norte. If you miss the turn goinginto the shopping center where this is located, off of San Mateo, then you have to make big block including the feeder street tothe freeway. So, be on the lookout for that turn. Read more

This place is a traffic nightmare. Once you're in you're committed. No Easy Way access the main roads. If you park and go to the... window to self order you are guaranteed to be stuck for about 15 minutes at the drive-through Lane doesn't typically let peoplepull in and out. The service was okay but based on the amount of time it took to get to the line I would recommend visiting adifferent establishment Read more
