I wanted a cheese burger at 0930. Haha. My receipt says Crystal told me there would be a 4.5 minute wait, which was fine. I was... the only one there. She was super nice and she was fun to talk to. When she handed me my burger, she told me, "This one's freshoff the grill." That was the best Sonic cheese burger I have ever had. Probably the best experience I've ever had at a Sonicalso. 50/50 chance they mess up your order on Alameda. Granted, They are short-staffed, but maybe make it seem like you are TRYING to... lower your 20-30 minute wait. Ps... Wow. Asked for a couple extra small cups to split a large between my kids and they tried to charge me for them. Not impressed.... Had to go down the street and get the cups from Subway. Looks like somebody forgot their number one job is making customershappy, not trying to get an extra $.80 from them. Read more
This location was super short staffed, and the ice cream machine caught the McDonald's Virus, but the food and service were... pretty good. My girlfriend doesn't like very many fast food locations, and we have been running out of good Sonics, glad to knowthey do still exist. Read more
I can?t eat wheat products anymore, so my repertoire at a fast food restaurant is now extremely limited. However, I still love... the tots at Sonic, so every once in a while I?ll treat myself to a large tots for dinner. They were out of slushies & ice cream when I came on a 97° Sunday afternoon ???????????? All I've seen on TV all weekend is... "Sour Patch Kids Ice Cream Slushie!...." Very disappointing. This Sonic used to serve good food, but not anymore. This is the 3rd time I've tried to give them a break because I know they... are short staffed, but nothing excuses serving inedible food. The chicken on my sandwich was so thin and tough like it hadbeen fried over & over again for days! The tater tots were all stuck together & also tasted old. However, the cashier was verynice so that's why I gave one star. I hope this Sonic will listen to the comments & improve. Unfortunately, I won't be backanytime soon. Read more
Terrible customer service from the younger employees. Food is thrown together in a rush where my cheese on my burgers wasn't... even melted. Menu prices are high for fast food. But I do like the new 2 for 5 Menu. Read more
