My husband and I knew it would be a bit of a wait because it's on central. We ordered a large tots and two drinks. We waited for... way too long to get two drinks and MOZZARELLA STICKS! Not what we ordered (Tots). we already paid at the pull up stall, and thecar hop asked us to PAY AGAIN! ( Poor kid seemed stressed). Huge waste of time and money. So we absolutely were NOT going towait all over again since we had been there forever already. so we just left with our sticks (we don't like). We still tippedthe car hop bc he was very frazzled and not on him. Read more
I sat at the drive through for a few minutes before a CSR came on the speaker saying ?we are only serving door dash and... delivery.? Ok, got it. Covid messed your business up - bad. So bad that you can?t serve customers. I understand. What I neverunderstand is the lack of communication. If you are not serving the public, put up a sign that says so. Or use your marquee toinform customers rather than using it for clever jokes and philosophies. That giant sign outside your building, that you paidfor, could say ?sorry we are unable to serve?. Its as easy as that. (they also make a sign that says closed, but I noticed thatyour open sign is permanent) And, Hey, it saves you time and effort as well as me! Imagine, using words to communicate. Man,what will they think of next? Civilization, probably. Maybe. Read more

This location is the best. Food is always freshly cooked, slush was better. Server was not smiling and just handed order.
