I love sonic food but interaction just now at this location was unacceptable. I ordered 10 minutes ahead. I got there and put in... the stall number. Then I waited 30 minutes. I pressed the button to see what is going on... and they just said "drive thru getspriority, if you want your food faster next time to thru drive thru!" And hung up. No chance for me to say anything. Noapology. Just its my fault for not going thru the drive thru. I ordered 10 minutes before anyone in the drive thru! They're notgoing bother with my order till all of drive thru is done?! They charged me 40 cents for a pup cup. Even though I ordered an actual drink. 1 drink and a pup cup took 15 minutes to come... out. Some of the girls there are so kind. This one tonight seemed to be on a power trip. Who charges for a pup cup? Read more

We pulled in one side to order and waited a while then thought the speaker was not working so we moved up one. Tried it and... after ,15 minutes and seeing people getting stuff on the other side we drove around to that side. So we pushed the button againand then a car pulled in next to us and they took there order and we waited. We waved someone down and ask for the manager andhe came out and said there was nothing he could do about it. So after 45 minutes we finally got the 3 teas we wanted. I won't beback there. I know the world is broken but the drive thru was closed so I feel that was not okay. I managed a Sonic years agoand I am a shamed of what has come of this one. Read more

I've been coming to this location for a few years and after tonight, I will never come back! The service here is absolutely... horrible! Corporate NEEDS to address the lack of professionalism here. A bunch of lazy kids LIED about not serving sonic blasts.Then they took almost half an hour to bring out 2 drinks. This is on Management as well. No accountability or empathy towardsthe customer. I got my life threatened and called a b!t(h by the female manager who felt like replacing a bag of ice with 3 route 44 cups of... ice was doing me a favor. It?s not even close to the same amount of ice but it is the same cost, which she felt like was greatcustomer service, along with rude gestures and calling me names. If I could give this place zero stars I would. From myexperience of going to this Sonic, there?s one employee who understands a good attitude, what friendliness and customer serviceis about and that employee is William who seems to only work early mornings. The experiences in the afternoons/evenings are hitor miss, mostly misses with rudeness and complete ineptitude. If you don?t want to take care of people in a customer servicejob, there are plenty of other jobs out there. I went through the drive through, ordered a bag of ice. Got up to the windowafter 5 minute wait for 3 cars ahead of me and didn?t see the bag waiting but I was happy because it meant my ice wasn?t meltingduring the wait. That happiness turned to frustration quickly. The young woman at the register literally watched me take out mycard, swipe it to pay and then she opened up the window and said they didn?t have bags for ice. I?m like well I just paid, shetried to deny that the charge went through. I opened up my banking app and was ready to show the charge only to have the rudefemale manager come over and also try to tell me it didn?t go through. No one was wearing name tags which I know is againstSonic SOP. The rude manager tried to replace the bag of ice with 3 cups of ice and explained it?s the same price. I said theymay be the same price but it?s not the same amount of ice and that?s the opposite of customer service. She got all annoyed I wasquestioning the substitution she was making and when I asked for her name because I knew this was the terrible visit I wasfinally going to write a review on, she shut the window in my face. Ordered using app on 3rd of July for two different orders of onion rings. Went to pick up but per drive thru no onion rings. ... . We were told to substitute or call corporate for refund. They substituted rings but truly not a substitute. Rings costsmore than jalapeno poppers. Also location is really run down with broken Sonic sign. Calling corporate should never be asolution for a refunding order. Read more

Place has never had proper management. No wonder why they can't keep workers. Unprofessional workers as they watch you in drive... thru for 20 mins and never took an order. Sitting in the corner associating with other co workers, yet complains about beingshort handed? Why would you be sitting down and conversation of that's the case?! Worker got upset as I was upset so she slammedthe window and said she was not serving me and told her coworkers to not serve me. I took pics of her and she proudly waved.
