Let me start by saying this Sonic needs HELP! It needs friendlier staff with better attitudes ones that actually like their job... or fake it at least. The food definitely needs improvement. Ordered onion rings and we recieved more bag then actual onionrings. Then the guy that took our order and brought it out to us couldn't even walk to the window he stood back and saidhere. You all need to remove this guy from the drive thru ... oh and the time was 2:15pm Nov 1st in case management aren't surewhat employee I'm referring to. Read more
I?m giving a one star to the company as a whole. Any higher ups to the management, no matter what location I?ve heard of has... treated their crew like garbage. As I have worked at the Belen location I have seen the mistreatment myself. And to see itcontinue for this many years unchecked is ridiculous! It?s no wonder the crew of this location walked out. Plus to even keep acrew in general in this company especially for the hogwash pay they give their crew is laughable. So to the people putting badreviews, here?s a small tidbit of what actually when on at this location. And maybe people are starting to wake up and realizetheir worth. As a former employee, this particular sonic has - horrible management - old food - mold in the fridge - a lack of respect for... their customers and employees - a lack of work ethic - an ice cream machine that barely operates - machines that have beenbroken for months that should already be fixed - rat droppings inside the fryers circuitry and finally... - food that is storednext to chemicals, food that is stored at high temps, food that is out for hours on end, spoiled food, and food that is storednext to mold Please consider these facts before you decide to order from that store Read more
We placed an online drink order(paid), we we arrived all parking stalls were coned off. So we had to go to the drive up window&... wait in a long line that took forever. Worker at the window asked for payment again, we refused to pay again and had to show herthat we had confirmation of payment. Got our drinks, half way home we realized that one of the drinks weren't what we hadordered. Drive thru was even more busy so I knocked on the door, another worker took my drink and took 2 more times for them tomake the drink right, it was a coconut slush w/a real cherry fruit, not that hard. By the time we got home the other two slusheswere melted. I will definitely be going to the Montgomery location from now on. Read more
I mean it is 2022 I can understand that it is very hard to find GOOD DECENT employees but wow I'm absolutely outraged and... discouraged on the lack of customer service I didn't realize.. to the boy on the speaker with a monotone apathetic voice thatseemed very careless of his job along with giving me my total before I was even done ordering, as I sat in line waiting to getto the window I noticed probably five cars pull up to the speaker to start their order then drive off upset I'm assuming it wasdue to the lack of customer service I honestly wish I had driven off also because as I finally approached the window there stoodan unhappy looking girl with green hair no smile no hi no nothing just grabbed my card then told me to pull forward, as I sitthere for a few minutes a lady covered in tattoos brings our food out I searched through the bags to make sure everything wasthere and of course not so I back up to the window tell them they forgot my pickle frys the look I get was awful... I sincerelyhope someone that holds themselves to a higher standard that shows empathy as well as understanding will read this and make somechanges from within the company. Read more
My food was made on time and exactly how I ordered it. If you order through the app and there's no stalls available just go... through the drive thru to pick up your food. All in all, a great experience. Easy and fast. Read more
This place has become a lazy dump. For over a month now (just that I have seen) all of the stalls have been damaged and blocked... off. Your only option is drive thru. When you pull up to the drive thru, they never greet you or ask what you would like. Afterwaiting for a couple of minutes I say, "Hello?" and then someone asks what I'd like to order. This location is in a nice area oftown. There is no excuse for this. I'd rather drive out of my way to the one on Montgomery. Read more
