Good food. Had a green Chile cheeseburger and that was so satisfying and tasty. Loved it. Will eat here again.

The place is busy most of the time. But they get your orders fast and try to get you in and out fast. If you order through the... app you be waiting around 3 to 5 minutes depending how busy they are. 10-14-22 another visit and another fail. Long wait just to find out that they don't have one of the ingredients again, this... place is worthless . They're always very rude as well. I don't know why I keep going back to try it. Just because of the closestone to me . This Location really needs to be shut down completely by corporate. I can't even believe they're still open. Imnever going back. 0 stars if i couldThey were out of ice cream and chicken. Waited forever 20+ minutes. just to get a messed uporder. Moms burger didn't have any meat... chili cheese fries were super greasy and definitely not fresh almost cold. Staff wasincompetent and slow. They lost a customer for sure. And I will pass that on. Friendliness, attitudes, customer service. Pretty much everything sucked. I placed an order on the mobile app for 9 slushes and... pulled into a stall and pressed the red button. After waiting about 5 minutes a very rude girl finally came on and said thestalls are closed and hung up. I never even had the opportunity to say a word. Also, on the menu was a sign that said there wasno ice cream, and no slushes. So thinking I needed to cancel my order I pushed the red button again. Again I was ignored forabout 5 minutes when the dame rude girl answered again and said all the stalls are closed, and only the drive thru is open andhung up once more before I could even request a refund. We did this 2 more times until she stopped answering the call of the redbutton. So frustrated and angry I pulled into the drive thru, where I told them I needed a refund since all I ordered wereslushes and the sign said they didn't have any slushes. Then the girl said oh, but we have your slushes, we can only do slushesfor order using the app. That comment makes no sense to begin with. So I pulled up and there was 2 cars in front of me butanother girl came out with my order, handed it to me with a dirty look, didn't say thank you, or sorry for the inconvenience oranything else. She didn't say a word and just walked away. It doesn't help that each of the "slushes" weren't even frozen. Itwas just sweet liquid. I placed a tip on the app and regret having done so since the entire experience was HORRIBLE! And everyemployee I encountered was rude, angry, unhelpful. I don't think any of them have ever heard the term "customer service". Whatis worse is this isnt the first, second, third or even fourth time I have been treated this way. I can't even count the times.The location in Bosque Farms and Los Lunas are the same way. I will not be returning to this location, or any location owned byB&B Consultants ever again, which means I probably won't be going to Sonic anywhere in New Mexico ever Read more

Their ice cream machine was supposedly down. They couldn't make anything chicken related. We ordered a family size chili cheese... fries and they were out of the bigger boxes so they decided to downsize our order. To top it off we got a Jr. Burger amd theyforgot to put the meat in it. Horrible experience. I can tell you I will never go to this sonic again. Read more

Second time I?ve been to this Sonic and they told me (in a mumbled voice I could barely understand) that they weren?t making... milkshakes, or ran out of ice cream. Honestly I could barely understand them in the talk box, so I have no idea what the realexcuse was. When I asked them to repeat what they said it was even more confusing. I just left. We?ve only ever ordered drinksfrom Sonic because their food is inedible. The only thing worth getting is their milkshakes and drinks. Now I have NO reason toever go back again because the past two times I?ve driven away with nothing. The last time was many months ago and I stupidlywent back hoping they?d improved. My fault for believing that and I won?t be making a third mistake. Read more

When we first started going there the service was fast but the staff not as friendly. Now its just horrible. I always do a... mobile order and the app almost never let's me check in. (Not the employees fault) I show up about 10 minutes from ordering, wehave to wait 5-10 minutes for them to answer the speaker and then wait a minimum of 20 minutes to get our order which is usuallyjust drink and/or ice cream.
