Disappointed, got 1 lb pork ribs & 1/2 lb short ribs that were over cooked,dry, not the least bit tender or juicy. They looked... questionable when they were being cut & burnt but wasn't until I got home that we realized how bad they were. I've eaten in &taken out at this location many times, the quality has always been exceptional But not this time,today all the meats being takenout of their oven were black & when they were cutting it looked dry and burnt. As it turns out it was and over done,black tothe eye too. We ate what we got,had a family to feed but I can't recommend this location at this time unless you like Well Donemeat. Should have returned it or at the very least questioned why it look so over qued!!? Mr. manager & Mr. Owner you have aproblem, individuals like myself will choose to do my own BBQ'g before even thinking about returning to your establishment andspent the type of money I did just to be dissatisfied, or buy some place else. Should have gone to Costco & bought a $5rotisserie chicken, would have saved $30 & had an enjoyable dinner. Addendum to this review, owner reached out , requestedthat I email the review email so his District manager could discuss my review, I'm assuming. Yes it's a chain but the brisket is A+. What got the 5 stars though was that I went in about 15 minutes before closing as they... were cleaning up to see if I could get a sandwich to go. No one complained, rolled their eyes, or tried to talk me out of theorder. Everyone was super friendly and happy to help me get fed. It was such a breath of fresh air. Read more
Food was pretty good. Nothing special mind you. But it was good. However, that goodness will cost you big time Rudy's can be... very very $$$$$$$. Especially if you buy meat by the lb. $19, $20 + for turkey or Brisket is a bit much. Doubt I'll go back Read more
