My burger was the green chili cheese & the husband got the double cheese, fries were great aswell everything tasted so great. Well. What can i say? The onion rings were good, fries just OK, burger? Pretty over priced if you ask me but it was reasonable.... Now for the tragic news, don't know her name but she wore the same gloves when she rang up our order, brought our food out tous (minus the mayo we asked for when we ordered lunch, yes, apparently she 'forgot' in 3 minutes), she then bused the tables,cleaned and emptied the trays, played a video on her phone and began to prepare food as well as ringing up 3 more customerswhile we were there. When she was ringing our order, she took out a chocolate and ate it infront of us when trying to type inour order. Please keep in mind she was wearing the same gloves the whole time, discusting. Sorry, had to flog the staf forthis, it could have been a great experience for us, instead we were discusted by this breach of sanitation policies. Disappointed! usta be one of my families favorite burger places. We ordered today grubhub delivery and frankly it was gross. The... burgers tasted nasty. the fries have been changed to waffle fries and were completely stuck together in a ball. Another mealliterally had 5 waffle fries in it. the onion rings were crunchy and on the verge of being burnt. They no longer give you applesauce like they usta. I definitely won't be going here again. a 20 years customer lost. change your ways or you won't be aroundmuch longer. Read more

Excellent burger. Made fresh and it was delicious and moist. The Fries where fresh out of the fryer and came with a nice hot... onion ring on top. Will definitely make this a habit. Prices were very reasonable for the meal& drink. Nice atmosphere. Read more

normally, this place is usually good, they usually have delicious burgers. However, this time around the customer service was... terrible. The woman who took my order was very rude, she kept walking away when asking questions about dishes on the menu. I hada black pepper burger because it was over seasoned with an enormous amount of black pepper and is all I tasted. The fries werevery undercooked and it's form was like noodles. The server take even took away my option to put in my info for a reciept to betexyed or even printed. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with this visit and quality in food has decreased. Read more

Today I decided to try this place for the first time based on the good reviews.. I ordered the BLT with cheese on a sesame bun.... This is what I got instead: a piece of cheese and some bacon smashed between two soggy, flattened pieces of bread.. I tried tocall and tell them about the mistake but my calls were sent to an automated voice message saying the voice mailbox was full...So yeah, first meal here and I'm pretty disappointed. Rex's is amazing and rex is one of a kind . No place better in the country. Drove 8 hrs just so I could prove the fact that... these are the best burgers bar none.
