Food was poor quality as it is usually very good. The fish was the look and texture of a sole of a shoe had to toss the whole... meal.The fries on the meal consisted of 5 a very cold serving! Waited 1 hour 15 minutes in the Curbside area. Verydisappointing. Great vegetarian options. I really like this place. Had really good food. Great place for the family to meet staff was friendly... bathroom was clean. Seems to be in a pretty safe location in Albuquerque as well. I got the impossible burger and I added prettymuch everything that I liked without any hassle. They did forget to add my green chili. But I was so happy and pleased with theexperience overall I didn't even mention it. Once I found out there was bottomless sides I didn't want to complain about greenchili. Plus the burger was so good I didn't even notice till I was almost done anyways. Overall we fed a large family and all ofus were extremely happy with our meal from the vegetarians to the meat eaters. Plus who can beat bottomless sides. My son got tosee that he had the option to choose a vegetarian burger on the kids meal not many places actually do that especially when itcomes to large change usually the vegetarian options are for the adults only. It was nice for him to feel included in the mealwithout me having to make all these exceptions substitutes and hassles. They made it excessively easy to order for him and myniece who has really severe allergies towards eggs and Dairy easy to order as well. They allowed us to bring in our cake and dothe opening of his presents. Overall this was an extremely friendly place to be I was hesitant and I was the one fighting goingthere but I'm very glad that we came here. Definitely going to come back. Disappointing experience. Our waitress did not check on us. Never saw if we needed more water, etc. to drink. Had to track... down other people to get silverware and napkins. Gentleman seemed grumpy to get it for us. The donuts were too cruncy on theoutside and doughy on the inside. The bigger burgers seemed to get smaller. Much less than last time. Unlimited fries meansif you can catch anyone to have them bring you more. Proved to be super difficult. Not one i would return to again. Read more

Customer Service was good for a party of 10. Waiter handled pressure well & patient. The rootbeer was bottomless drink as well... as fries & he was on top of it. My wife & self went half on the bacon burger & pizza. We preferred the pizza over burger. Weweren't impressed. We had a good experience here. Some wouldn?t agree because they got my drink order wrong, but they fixed it quickly. Then my... wife?s order was cold, both the burger and fries, but they fixed it quickly. Our server was apologetic and called the manager. Idon?t mind errors if they are addressed and fixed within a reasonable amount of time. In fact I enjoy observing how problems arehandled.
