There was a time that Pizza Hut was great, this is no longer the case! About 10+ years ago they changed the Pizza sauce to a... boring, zero zest taste but they're Meat Pasta was great, last night I was expecting the same great marinera meat pasta, what Ireceived was sauce about as strong as Chef Boy-r-de, truly lame, 4 pieces of Sausage, 5 slices of Pepperoni and over bakedMozzarella, it was extremely disappointing, the only redeeming quality about the meal was the Cheese sticks, thank God Pizza Hutdidn't screw with them. I go to this location being that it is closest to my work. I go here often for my lunch. Anyway I?m sure still nothing is going... to be done since I came here and have read other reviews and it?s obviously still a problem! Anyway the customer service ishorrible at the location. The older lady today was straight up rude I didn?t get her name. There was a young man and youngerlady working up front whom were very nice but this old lady was just ugly!When is something going to change at this location???It makes customers think you do not care about your employees behaviors! Two pizzas wings breadsticks. $82 wow Went in to pick up and the first guy said ?just a sec? without eye contact then stood... there with his back to me for five mins. Finally another woman walked by and noticed me standing there and said ? what did youneed?? I told her my order name and attempted four time to explain a couple extra thing I needed but she interrupted me eachtime trying to guess what I was going to ask. Wrong every time. As Pizza goes the food is okay. However there customer experience is horrible. I am disabled and was offered curbside pickup... any. When I got to this location I called to advise them I was there. I landed up calling three times before anybody acted onmy pick up order. It was almost twenty minutes past the time they had told me that y pickup was ready. Some girl finally cameout and demanded that I go inside to pick up my pizza. I am a disabled veteran and have to use forearm crutches as I cannotwalk without them. When I tried to explain why I opted for the curbside pick as I cannot walk without assistance. She wouldn'tlet me have my order unless I want in. She refused my cash payment. As I was backing out to leave she finally decided to let mepay for my order and bring it out to. Her attitude during this transaction with me with less than stellar. I have used theircurbside pick up in the past both with cash and credit/debit card forms of payment and had no problems with the exception thatin every time I went to get y order it took awhile before they would come out to my vehicle. I called Pizza Hut corporate andlet them know about my experiences at the Zuni at Washington store. When I finally could speak to a representative as explainedmy experience as a disabled veteran. All they did was give me lip service. I was and not looking for compensation or any kind. I just wanted Pizza Hut to be empathetic to disabled people needs any to hopefully avoid having another disabled person beingtreated in the manor that I was. At this time I have not heard from Pizza Hut Corporate or the local store manager. Pizza Huthas lost this Disabled Veteran's business after being a loyal customer for any years. Read more

At least thr not as shady as little Caesar's. At least when you order with Pizza Hut at the sale price. Any extra is just that... you pay for what you add. But with little Caesar you add an extra topping they don't tell you you pay extra not the sale pricethey advertised. #ShadyAF Read more
