ridiculously priced, no offers provided when I called and orders a medium Pizza in order of breadsticks for $28! I mean come on.... and then I walked in to the store in the nice lady tells me oh we have enlarge three topping for $10.00 . that after I justplaced an order and pay $18 for one medium Pizza . I ordered 1 pizza and an order of 10 mini cinnamon buns. This was $31 and some change. That was quite literally a half of a days... pay. I simply do not understand this price. The pizza was overcooked, had a big bubble in it and did not taste any better than afrozen pizza which would have saved us $25. Never again. Read more
They messed up our order by not giving us our wings with our big dinner box. We went all the way back to the store to get the... food after we gave them a $10 tip for a $40 order. We asked if we could get a blue cheese dressing but we forgot our wallet sowe couldn't get it for $0.72. They refused to give it to us and were so rude. Even though we have them a tip and they messed upour order. Customer service at this place is non existence. He even thought we were lying about the order being messed up. App orders are super easy. They offer car drop off but I ended up going in to get it. The lobby is spacious and far from the... cooks. If you pre pay you have minimal contact or exposure to people and can get in and out in less than 2 minutes. I amcomfortable running in to grab my pizza. The only bad thing is that the business next door is a tattoo parlor. Every time Ihave picked up pizza the tattoo employees stand near pizza hut door smoking. I don't think this is controllable by pizza hut,but it is still annoying. I have family with asthma, so they cannot pick up the pizza. Read more
