Lots of games for children and adults. Lots of delicious choices on the menu. Large place with lots of space for families,... friends, and parties. It's only the staff who is the weak link because they have limited knowledge of what they're doing- itseems like everyone is new- and they do not work fast. Slow to get out food. Read more
I drove 5 hours just to visit Peter Piper for the first time with my family, only to be refused service by a rude employee.... Online hours say open until 11pm. I called at 8 and nobody answered. When I finally got there I was told kitchen closes at 8 andthey close at 9, we arrived at 8:30. When I complained I was given the general managers number just to shut me up. 10/10 WOULDNOT RECOMMEND. Bad experience ordered carry out whole point of carry out is for your pizza to be done at the time is says to pick it up instead... I get there they tell me to go wait in a long line of people only to get to the front and it?s not even done ended waiting overan hour for 1 medium pizza and they didn?t have the breadsticks I ordered either should really hire more ppl here just terriblewon?t be coming back to this location. I loved eating here. I eat there everytime I'm in albuquerque as I don't have one where I live. This last time on 6/26 there was... this girl who took my order over the phone, it took her many long, long pauses to take my order, 15 total minutes. Very uncalledfor. And when I got there she ignored me in the "to-go" or "take-out" line after 3 customers in the other line she finallylooked at me and so I spoke up, i have a call-in order. The other customers in line were upset to what they perceived as mecutting into the line, so as the lady to my right looked at me with HATE i figured she as the employee would intervene wouldtell the female customer im next. She just watches me explain to the upset customer which is not my duty. So when i finally wasworking with the cashier, she helped me and she spoke so low I couldn't hear hear thru the plexiglass and the surrounding noiseI asked her speak up and she got upset per her expression and started to yell. She also annoyed me by having her wearing herPPipers has so low by her eye she had to position her head up facing the ceiling to actually see the customers. There should bea dress code at such an establishment. Or how to properly wear uniform so the employee can assist the customer or appear to thecustomer as she TRYING to look at the menu above and not seem uncomfortable extending her neck way, WAY back to see the menu!!!It's getting GHETTO there. The manager was standing next to the cashier and didn't notice she wasn't helping their own separate"to-go" line. As a manager there should be someone dedicated to that "to-go" line. Read more

This place has definitely downgraded we first got the burnt pizza then asked to remake it and got the undercooked one next.
